Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for payments made on the DevKicks platform. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
1. Advertiser Campaign Payments
Advertisers fund campaigns by adding balance or paying for a campaign upfront. You may cancel or pause a campaign at any time from the advertiser portal. When a campaign is cancelled, any unspent balance that has not yet been used to serve ads remains available in your account.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Unspent, unused campaign balance is eligible for a refund to the original payment method upon request.
- Amounts already spent on delivered impressions or clicks are non-refundable, as the advertising service has been rendered.
- Payments made in error or duplicate charges are eligible for a full refund upon verification.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] from your registered email address with your account details and the transaction reference. We will review and respond to eligible requests promptly.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to your original payment method. Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Developer Earnings
Developer payouts represent earnings for advertising services rendered and are not "purchases"; they are therefore not subject to refund. Disputes regarding earnings calculations can be raised with our support team for review.
